Constant concern for human resources, first of all with regard to safety, but also to training for ongoing updating the technical expertise that is distinctive of its sector, will continue to be a priority for Terna.

The issue of professional updating will be particularly significant with regard to the generational turnover that will concern Terna’s personnel in the coming years even if the turnover impact was distributed over a longer period of time than planned, following the retirement reform approved by the Italian government in December 2011.
